About Risley Property Management...

Risley Property Management is a family based property management business formed in 2006.

Originally only managing properties in which the ground rents had been purchased, other management contracts have since been acquired to expand the business.

We currently manage seven apartment blocks, four of which the freeholds are owned by ourselves. As 50% of our management contracts are owned, we take great care in looking after and keeping these sites in excellent condition. This has set our level of commitment and we treat all of our clients in this professional manner.
